Hurricane Harvey: ERT Re-Tarp Team

We thank you for answering the call to help out the folks affected by Hurrican Harvey . This registration is for teams of trained and current badged ERT volunteers and should be filled out by the team leader for the whole team.  Non ERT folks are allowed as long as the majority of the team are ERT trained for this re-tarping call..If you don't have a team and would like to see if you can be linked up with another team, please fill this out and we will contact you.
